Fishing in the Malingsbo-Kloten Nature Reserve
The fishing along the water ways in the nature reserve is excellent. The fish to be caught include: big pike, rainbow and brown trout and perch

Fishing licenses
Fishing licenses are for sale at the Adventure Center. 60 SEK/day per family, 250 SEK/week per family and 500 SEK/year per family
Rowboats for rent
Most visitors to the nature reserve choose to fish from canoes. With a canoe you will have access to the remote waters northwest of Kloten. Read about canoeing in the Malingsbo-Kloten Nature Reserve >>
If you purpose is only fishing you are recommended to fish from a rowboat. Especially if you aim on the big pike fishing
The rowboats will be transported to the fishing water, Klotensjön, south of Kloten or to the fishing water, Långvattnet, north of Kloten. Both fishing waters are very close to the reception at the Adventure Center. Life jackets, oars a map and boat transport are included in the rent of the rowboat. Waterproof phone covers are included upon request. The equipment, which is from 2011, is of very good quality and in very good shape. Read more about boat rental >>

The rowboats work well in the fishing water, Klotensjön, south of Kloten and in the fishing water, Långvattnet, north of Kloten (between Kloten and Nyfors). The rowboats don´t have access to the lakes northwest of Kloten (Korslången, Bredsjön and Sörsjön) due to a 75 meter land transport between Långvattnet and Korslången. Put and take water
In the nature reserve you can also fish for rainbow and brown trout in smaller put and take lakes and in small rivers with flowing water. Fishing licenses are for sale at the Adventure Center. 150 SEK/day per adult. 90 SEK/day for children between 12-15 years. Children under the age of 12 fish for free as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a fishing license
