The level of the competition is adjusted to suit each particular group. Each group chooses a suitable difficulty and length. The group also chooses the combination of activities that they would like to compete in. The participants compete in small teams The activities on offer include: Canoeing, kayaking, bicycling, orienteering, swimming, running, climbing and abseiling The competition program includes: A three-course wilderness dinner Day One, breakfast Day Two, canoes, kayaks, bicycles, maps, climbing equipment, time-keeping, drinking stations, luggage transport, transport of equipment, sleeping bags, sleeping mats and overnight stay in teepees or tents Price: 2000 SEK/person |

A 60-kilometer adventure of kayaking, bicycling, running and swimming. A group competition between four teams. The teams follow four different courses and rotate between each sport on each start (together four starts with one team on each sport each time) Standard distances for associations: kayaking 10 km, bicycling 37 km, running 12 km, swimming 1 km The competition program includes: Dinner Day One, breakfast Day Two, kayaks, bicycles, maps, time-keeping, drinking station, transport of equipment, sleeping mats and lodging in tents or teepees Price: 1500 SEK/person |
